Concerning eliminating the annual appropriation requirement for the comprehensive human sexuality education grant program, and, in connection therewith, reducing an appropriation.

Bill Summary:

      Joint Budget Committee. The bill eliminates the requirement that the general assembly annually appropriate money to the department of public health and environment for the comprehensive human sexuality education grant program.
