Concerning the authority of certain individuals to purchase alcohol beverages for a premises licensed to sell alcohol beverages for consumption on the licensed premises.

  • Hotel and restaurant licensee;
  • Tavern licensee; or
  • Lodging and entertainment facility licensee.
