Bill Summary:
Supplemental appropriation - department of revenue. The 2016 general appropriation act is amended to balance and make adjustments to the department of revenue. The general fund portion of the appropriation is decreased and the cash funds and reappropriated funds portions are increased, resulting in an overall increase to the department.
