Allow Counties To Appoint County Surveyors

Submitting to the registered electors of the state of Colorado an amendment to the Colorado constitution concerning county surveyors, and, in connection therewith, repealing a requirement that each county in the state elect a county surveyor and allowing each county to determine whether a surveyor should be elected or appointed and to establish the term and any compensation to be provided to a surveyor.
