Concerning an exception to the requirement that members of the Colorado state patrol post a bond.

Bill Summary:

The act creates an exception to the requirement that a member of the Colorado state patrol be bonded by a surety company or insured with third-party crime insurance if the Colorado state patrol is self-insured with the Colorado state office of risk management and is eligible to be compensated from the state self-insured property fund.
