Transfers to Procurement Technical Assistance Fund

Joint Budget Committee. Current law provides that $220,000 shall be transferred from the general fund to the procurement technical assistance cash fund starting on July 1, 2015, and continuing on July 1 of every year for the next 9 years thereafter. The bill extends the transfers so that they shall be made on July 1 of every year for the next 19 years after July 1, 2015.
