Bill Summary:
Joint Budget Committee. The bill prohibits the department of health care policy and financing from making a wage enhancement supplemental payment to an eligible nursing home provider regardless of when the services were provided.(Note: This summary applies to the reengrossed version of this bill as introduced in the second house.)
